welcome everybody to the Ten of mini voices I let you know what's going on we're getting ready for the ourway of Life dance troop and of course we have the black whistle drum group here uh we have some dancers heading this way so we'll just give them a few moments but in that time I would like to welcome you of course again to core Discovery 2 to the Ten of mini voices this is a pretty special venue it's traveled all over the country we've been on the road since 2003 and everywhere we go we um not working again okay sorry here we go that's a lot better right thank you so once again I want to welcome you to the Ten of mini voices and uh our dancers are coming this way with the uh our way of life dance troop and of course the black whistle drum group here just want to let you know of course we've been on the road since 2003 and it's really an honor to um have everybody in this venue everywhere we go we invite local folks to come in and tell their story tell their association with l and Clark tell their story about their tribe it really doesn't matter we just want to get people aware want to learn more and that's part of the beauty of the tenam many voices we hear everybody's voices in here and as a ranger that's been really eye openening I think uh the Rangers on this project know a lot after seeing everything the other thing I'll let you know is that we are a unique thing in the National Park Service there are 390 national parks right now they are just about to add another one but we are the only one that travel we're the only one that moves um all the Rangers you see on this project live on the road fulltime that's what we do so when you ask us where we're from it's a tough question to answer because we live in hotels and uh everybody's got a home state but truly we are out of omahan Nebraska Louis and Clark National Historic Trail there so it is a unique thing to be working this as well as experiencing all that happens along the trail with this here project I guess we got few coming up here now it's a good sign but um we'll get we'll get a wonderful show they've they've done great great exhibitions for us this week and it's been really nice to be in Crow country I mean you hear how the crow are very friendly tribe yeah the crow are a very friendly tribe um we've gotten fed we've gotten welcomed we've enjoyed our time here very much so it's a good thing to be here let's see if I can maybe Albert how are we doing they can't hear me okay just a few little things you can't you don't want to lose anything while you're dancing so we give everybody a chance to get everything secured that's very key we're good all right Darren I think we're pretty good so I'm going to go ahead and give you a nice introduction to go ahead and uh kind of MC everything today for the our way of life dance troop like to welcome Darren old coyote he's going to be talking about everything you're going to be seeing today and of course want to welcome the black whistle drum group thank you guys for making the effort to come out here time and again we do appreciate it and um with that I think we want to go ahead and get started with the our way of life dance troop so go ahead and welcome everybody with a nice round of applause all right uh I think we're about ready to get started so if we could have a song by the black Wizzle singers to bring our dancers in ready to go he I there you have it um let's get him a big round of applause all right can we have all the jingle dress dancers out here the first dance we will demonstrate is the Jingle dress anytime you're ready black with soul jingle heyyy hey hey hey we'll do uh what we call um uh jingle dress round dance or SID step as it is referred to and these dancers the jingle dress dancers will dance a jingle dress round dance h High me there you have it the jingle dress next we'll call on the grass Dance come on out this dance is referred to as the non bustle this is the grass anytime you're ready blackle next we'll have a single beat croop for the grass Dan the croop next we'll call on woman's fancy Shaw out woman's fancy Shaw here we go woman's fancy Sha the next dance will be a croop by the fancy sha dancers single beat I'm next we'll call on wom's Crow style to out women's Crow Style woman's Crow Style hey heyy next uh Crow style woman will dance the double beat Crow Hop next we'll call on all the men's Crow style and the little boy Pro style come on out this is the men's Crow style anytime you're ready black whistle men's Crow this next dance will be what they call the stoop dance song or duck and dive this is the stoop dance there you have it the stoop dance our next dance will be the double beat Crow Hop here we go double beat kroop he next we're going to call on two two of our Crow style dancers to come out and demonstrate what they call the prairie chicken dance anytime you're ready black witho prairie chicken where next we'll have uh just a regular song bring all the dancers back out I'd say oh we we can say inner tribal all right go ahead black whistle all dancers please come on out great come w God oh ladies and gentlemen that was our way of life how about a nice round of applause for black whistle okay as we wrap up this this morning's exhibition of the different styles that we we got to exhibit we would like to introduce our dancers first of all we will call out the men's Crow style to my left here a veteran of the United States Marine Corps Mr Leon old Al Leon over here on my right we have Walter Eugene old elk wave to the crow we have Fred Alden the fourth next to him we have Tristan realbird giveaway Tristan and that goodlooking man you see right here is Desmond rides horse Desmond giveaway K and our grass dancer sedo Danforth give a wave to the crowd if you would and we have another handsome young man right here who was Kevin Kevin Valley I'm sorry Kevin give away for the crowd and for women's Crow style dancers we have johnella Hill givea away johnella we have paully rird Paulie give a wave we have Cali rird we have Marsha blacksmith Amber old horn we have Sher Chandler and we have our jingle dress dancers we have Monica turns plenty we have besto blacksmith and we have two of the best fancy Shaw dancers in our parts we have Erica turns plenty and we also have Marilyn black e blacksmith I'm sorry I almost said Black Eagle and while we have a quick second we'll make an introduction to our singers we have Edmund oldow Jeff McDonald Rusty wear we have Darren old coyote we have Brian Old Crow and all the way from prior we have Mark Denny and last but not least we'd like to introduce Skyla come here baby come here give a wave to the crowd that's Skyla blacksmith ladies and gentlemen there you have it our
